I was devastated to hear about George. We briefly owned the house across the street from he and his wife in Sweet Valley and he was the sweetest man. He always was friendly and had a wonderful smile. He will be missed. I am so sorry for the family.

My Uncle George was a wonderful man, he was sweet, kind and fun-loving. He had a wonderful sense of humor, I will always remember his infectious laugh and warm smile. He was a very interesting person, from his time in the service, his travels and his business experiences he always had fascinating stories to tell. He was a perfectionist and the consummate business man, but at home he was a real family man, everything a father should be. He was the uncle everyone wishes they had and a second father to me. We had the opportunity to work together on several projects which is when I got to see how extremely intelligent and creative he was. He was taken from us far too soon, even in his elder years he still had much to do. I will always cherish the memories of our times together, all the family holiday gatherings, the picnics and the impromptu get-togethers. It was an honor and pleasure to have gotten to know him so well and I will miss him very much.
