It is so heartwarming to read the many memories left by those who knew my grandfather. We were so blessed to have such a wonderful man in our lives. He used to bring us chocolate milk and cookies from Nick's store, he would tear a dollar bill in half at football games to give half to me and half to my sister so we could buy something at the stand, how about half a stick of his beechnut gum, lol. My grandfather was a wonderful man who will live forever in our hearts and memories! I often talk about how there were always strangers at our family dinners and just recently told my daughter how that at least for 1 day, my grandfather made sure those people had a home cooked meal. He was a man with a heart like no other! There were over 500 people at the service and 53 cars full of loving friends and family in the funeral procession...... My message to my poppy comes from the words he always said to us kids: "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. Sweetest name I know" now you're home with Him again poppy, right where you belong. We miss and love you so very much but know we have truly been blessed. We love you "a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck"..... "See you later alligator!" I can hear you say. My response to you now is the same as it was when I was a little girl, "After while crocodile".
PS Tell my daddy I miss him and love him with my whole heart right "to the moon!"

To the Tattersall Family,
My heartfelt condolences to all.
To Michelle a friend I will never forget. I remember all the fun summers we had when you lived at the lake in the hotel. Your mom and dad were always so kind and loving. I would your dad every now and then and say remember me and he'd hug me and OH Yes I do. He was a wonderful man with a big heart. RIP Mr. Tattersall and say Hi to my Mom (Ruby).

Mickey was always very special to me and my family. I very fond memories like when he brought Snowflake down to my house for birthday party to helping me out in watching my Dog Judah for an extended period of time. He was always there for you when ever you needed help. And he could always lift more cans at the end of a push broom than anyone I knew. His memory will be a blesing to all ewho knew him.
