Obituary of David Allen Welch

David Welch, age 54 of Dallas, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021 at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Twp. He was born in Wilkes-Barre on January 31, 1967 and was the son of the late Wilbur and Anna Knouse Welch. David graduated from Hanover High School in 1984. He loved cars, model trains and antique radios. David was a loving father to his two sons. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Paula Welch. David is survived by sons, Noah and Christopher Welch. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek. Memorial donations can be made to the Cancer Research Institute, 29 Broadway, Floor 4, New York, NY 10006-3111.
