Obituary of Tina Lee Graham

Tina L. Graham, age 61 of Monroe Township, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at her home. She was born in Wilkes-Barre on August 26, 1959 and was the daughter of the late George B. and Joan Newell Ely. Tina graduated from West Side Vocational Tech School studying data processing. She was employed at Hanson’s Amusement Park, Harveys Lake, serving several roles. Tina was also employed by Nancy Fashions for many years, Leslie Faye Garment Factory in Noxen and then Ricky’s Fashion in Wilkes-Barre. After that, she moved away with her former husband to Texas for several years, returning to care for her grandchildren. Tina was a loving and compassionate person who had a great love of animals, secondary only to her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Christopher M. Ely and sister, Theresa Ely. Tina is survived by brothers, George C. Ely and wife Louise of Noxen and Randy Ely of Noxen; sisters, Tammy Miller and husband Ray of Harveys Lake and Pam Hoyt and husband Scott of Harveys Lake; grandsons, Austin, Brendon and Christopher Ely; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
