Albert Stephen Pavlick, born April 24, 1942, passed away on August 6, 2021. He was the son of the late John and Mary Pavlick and was born and raised in Hunlock Creek, PA. He resided the past 30 years in Quinlin, Texas. Albert graduated from Harter High School in 1961. He served abroad in the U. S. Air Force as a crew chief on the F100 fighter jet during the Viet Nam War. He belonged to the Carpenters Union Local 445 and was a member of Post 2559 VFW, Texas. He was involved in numerous fundraising activities in support of veterans and The Wounded Warrior Project. He was also a long-time member of the Brotherhood of Shriners, Irem Temple, Dallas, PA. He enjoyed many hours and covered many miles riding his Harley. Albert celebrated his 79th birthday in April with a large family gathering hosted by sister, Mickey at the family homestead in Hunlock Creek. He is survived by his children, Dee Morris, Georgia, Dawn Pavlick, Florida, Robin Miller, Mississippi, and Albert, Jr., Florida. Grandchildren, Corey, Matthew, and Kayla. Siblings, Margaret Moyer, Maryann Smith, Monica Davis, Theresa Roman, John Pavlick, Elizabeth Sorber, Mildred Rusnak, Ann Rish, and Christine Rombilus and many nieces and nephews. Albert selflessly donated his remains to the University of N. Texas Research Hospital in honor of his granddaughter, Kayla, who is a student of PHD in clinical anatomy & neuroscience at the University of Mississippi. He will be laid to rest at the National Veterans cemetery, Arlington, Texas. He will be sadly missed by family and many friends in Texas, especially his long-time loyal friend, Tom Powers. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 11am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, 2011 Pennsylvania 29, Hunlock Creek, PA 18621.
