Paul R. Bonham, age 83 of Benton, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021 at home. He was born in Bloomsburg on May 19, 1937 and was the son of the late George and Freda Harrison Bonham. Paul graduated from Huntington High School. He was employed by Stabler Construction, and later retired from North Mountain Hunting and Fishing Club. He was also an auctioneer with the Bloomindale Grainge Hall. Paul was an avid outdoorsman including hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Don and James; and sister, Bea Tripp. Paul is survived by his wife of 65 years, the former Barbara Spencer; sons, Steve and wife Madelyn, Rickey, Brad and wife Linda, and Bruce Bonham; daughter, Sandy Bonham; grandchildren, Randy, Angie, Laura, Robin, Josie, Kelsey, Nathan, Jarrid, Stephanie, Bruce Jr., Gina, Brad, Hickory, Ben, Cora, and Sawyer; great-grandchildren, Miles, Leea, Owen, Taylor, Michaela, Ethan, Lexxi, Spencer, Knox, Makayla, Sierra, Leo, Jillian, Jaxson, Jeffrey, Emiline, Carleigh, and Zachary; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his dog, Jack. Private services will be held at the discretion of the family. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
