Obituary of John N. Reardon

John “Jack” N. Reardon, age 45 of Wyoming, passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
He was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 1, 1975 and was the son of Norma Rosencrans and husband Jerry of Sweet Valley and the late John J. Reardon.
Jack graduated from Pittston High School in 1993. He was a Union Electrician with IBEW Local 163 and owner/operator of JR Construction. Jack was a member of Slocum Chapel, Exeter. He was an avid outdoorsman, including hunting, fishing, and camping. Jack was a loving father, son, brother, and uncle.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Norman Hitchcock; paternal grandparents, John and Mary Jane Reardon; and his children’s maternal grandmother, Deborah Colianni.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by step-daughter, Alyssa Neare; children, Allie and Carlee Reardon; mother of his children, Lena Neare; sister, Michelle Moore and husband John Moore; brother, Michael Reardon; maternal grandmother, Barbara Hitchcock; step-brother, Chad Rosencrans and wife Dodie; girlfriend and best friend, Heidi Faatz; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his dog and true friend, Grace.
A private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. A public service will be held at a later date to be announced, with Pastor Guy Giordano of the Slocum Chapel Exeter, officiating.
Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
Memorial donations in Jack’s name can be made to the Slocum Chapel, 1024 Exeter Ave, Exeter, PA 18643.
