Obituary of Angel Manuel DelPino

Angel DelPino, age 65 of Harveys Lake, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Twp.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 11, 1954 and was the son of the late Ralph and Christina Fernandez DelPino.
Angel resided at Harveys Lake for the last 17 years and was a self-employed transmission mechanic. He enjoyed the outdoors especially fishing and gardening. Angel enjoyed cooking and being at home with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 9 years, the former Jane Smith; son, Dannie of St. Petersburg, FL; daughters, Lisa Bruchato and her husband Nick of Norfolk, VA, Maureen DelPino of Florida and Anna DelPino, at home; brother, Louis DelPino of New York; sisters, Carmen DelPino Sanchez of Mamaroneck, NY and Maria DelPino of Florida; 5 grandsons.
At Angel's request, funeral services will be private and there will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
Memorial donations in Angel's name can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
