I am a Tennant at one of the Wilkes Barre Housing Authority High Rises,that is where Jeff worked. He was a hard worker, he was very nice and polite and kind and understanding at all times! To his family,girlfriend and friends I send my condolences, and I will pray for all of you. Today Heaven has gained another Angel. He will truly be missed by many people .
