Gary, my husband and I were your across-the-street neighbors before we moved to Texas 5 years ago. We truly appreciate everything Annie and you did for us. I am so sorry for your loss. Annie and you were the best neighbors anyone could ever ask for. Thank you so much for all you did for us. Rest in peace, Annie, until we meet again on the other side....

Annie was a dear and close friend for 40 years. We met while working for Saga food service at Missericordia. Her mother’s family and my father’s family knew each other/ both hailing from Edwardsville Pa. Anne and I shared a love for music and cooking. We became friends both at work and playing our music. After I got married Mary and I still had a strong friendship with Annie and I even had the pleasure of having Annie play a great harmonica track on one of my original music compositions. I will always remember her kindness, humor and all the JAMS we had at the Barn. Our heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out for Gary and the Winters/Sampson family. Annie-keep the Martin in tune till we meet again.

A lifelong friend, so many unforgettable moments, so many big belly laughs, good times and we always had each other's back. Annie was a hard working, big-hearted and devoted woman. Your passing is hard to accept, I always thought there would be next week to catch up. I am broken-hearted and a big hole is left in my heart. May Gary and his sisters find comfort and peace through fond memories of you my friend. Godspeed Annie Banannie! I'll see you down the road.

Annie was a dear friend and co-worker at the Dallas American Legion, where we worked together on Friday nights for ten years. I learned much from Annie, and we shared many laughs during those years. Any time we bumped into each other (usually at Weis Market) was a reunion, and we would talk about the "good old days". Annie's quick wit and easy personality were the things that I will remember most. My deepest condolences to family and friends. We will all miss her dearly.
