Obituary of Tyler William Lanning

Tyler William Lanning, age 34 of Harveys Lake, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017 at home.
He was born in Wilkes-Barre on July 5, 1983 and was the son of Deborah A. Roszkowski and the late Richard A. Lanning.
Tyler was a caring, generous, independent man who loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
He especially enjoyed playing video games with his son, Jacob.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by uncle, Rodney Lanning.
He is survived by mother, Deborah Roszkowski and her partner Edward Maslowski; son, Jacob William Lanning; partner, Lauren Stewart; brother, Vance Maslowski; sisters, Ashley and Nicole Maslowski; maternal grandparents, Carl and Marilyn Roszkowski; paternal grandparents, Connie Lanning and Tom Kazokas; aunt, Donna Strenfel; uncle, Ronald Lanning, Jr.; numerous cousins, family and friends.
Viewing will take place from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM on Friday, November 3 at the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SPCA of Luzerne County, 524 E Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
