Obituary of Carol Marjorie Bielecki

Carol Marjorie Bielecki, age 75 of Pittston, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. She was born in Lake Township on December 21, 1940 and was the daughter of the late William and Flora Hummell Rittenhouse. Carol graduated from Lake-Noxen High School and was a caregiver for Home Instead Senior care, where she worked up to the time of her death. One of Carol's favorite activities was adorning her home with beautiful seasonal decorations. She also enjoyed swimming at the YMCA. Carol loved animals especially her dachshunds, ozzy and snoopy. Carol is survived by sons, Michael Bielecki and his wife Danette of Centermoreland, Bradley Bielecki and his wife Jesselta of Forkston and Jonathan Bielecki, at her home; grandchildren, Kerin Bielecki of York and Zachary Bielecki and his girlfriend Kelly Murphy of Dallas; great-grandson, Ryder Bielecki; sister, Sherry Butler of Loyalville. Private funeral services will be held at the request of the family. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
