Betty Jane Poh, age 86 of Dallas, passed away September 3, 2016 at the Lakeside Nursing Center, Harveys Lake.

Mrs. Poh was born in Whitehall Township on September 23, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Merit and Adel Peifley Young.

She was employed by AT & T Lucent Technologies for 26 years and was a member of St. John's UCC Church in Northampton, PA. Betty enjoyed bowling and volunteering with the Pioneers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Donald L. Poh who passed away in 2007. They were married for 58 years.

Betty is survived by daughters, Marsha Decker and her husband Bill, Kim Gorsky and her husband Greg, and Yvonne Sewell and her husband Ron; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.

Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
