Obituary of Patricia Ann Evans

Patricia Ann Evans, age 73 of Dallas, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Mrs. Evans was born in Wilkes-Barre on March 16, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Osborne and Agnes Wanto Lewis.
She received her Nursing Degree from LCCC and was employed as a R.N. for various nursing homes in the area.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 27 years, Linford Evans; sons, Chester Adams, Jr. of Newalla, Oklahoma and Richard Adams, Sr. and his wife Jennifer of Dallas; daughters, Wendy Hoover of Tobyhanna and Dawn Ellsworth and her husband Douglas of Hurlock, MD; step-daughters, Lisa Vargas of Phillipsburg, NJ, Patricia Ott of Easton, and Renee White of Princeton, NJ; brother, David Lewis of Bethlehem; aunt, Mary Lou Blackwood; 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
