Obituary of Kenneth Kurt Schweiss

Kenneth K. Schweiss, age 71 of Jackson Township, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 at the Celtic Hospice Healthcare Inpatient Unit, Wilkes-Barre. Mr. Schweiss was born in Duluth, MN on Novemeber 3, 1943 and was the son of the late Katharina Cornet Coyne and step-son of the late Gerald Coyne. Kenneth graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and worked for Diamond Manufacturing. He was a devoted friend of Bill W. He is survived by his wife, Gay Domkowski; son, Randy Schweiss and his fianc Kim Edwards; stepdaughter, Cindy Domkowski; stepson, Joseph Domkowski and his wife Katrina; sisters, Sandy Belles and her husband Larry, Diane Seymour, and Elizabeth Kocher and her fianc Ralph Barber; grandchildren, Devin, Alyssa, Alexa, Christiana, and Tiffani. A memorial service will be held Thursday September 10, 2015 at 8:00 PM from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with Mr. Robert DiGiovine, officiating. Friends may call 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM prior to the service on Thursday. The family requests to omit flowers for Kenneth's service.
