Obituary of Linda Lee May

Linda Lee May, age 69 of Nanticoke, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Celtic Hospice Healthcare Inpatient Unit, Wilkes-Barre. Mrs. May was born in Millville, NJ on September 18, 1945 and was the daughter of the late Eugene and Eileen Melthorp Trice. Linda was a loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Lorraine Louge. Linda is survived by son, Fredrick Appenzeller of Shenandoah; daughters, Cathy McGough of Philadelphia, Eileen May with whom she resided, and Erica May of Philadelphia; sisters, Louise Funk and Mary Straub, both of Millville, NJ; 8 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 7:00 pm from the Outlet Bible Tabernacle, 468 Lehman-Outlet Rd., Dallas, PA 18612 with Pastor Carl Howie, officiating. Friends may call 6:00 - 7:00 PM prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
