Joseph William Shilanski, age 76 of Harveys Lake, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Mr. Shilanski was born in New York City on May 14, 1938 and was the son of the late Joseph and Ann Hozempa Shilanski.
Joseph was employed as a meat cutter for the Acme Markets.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, the former Joan Esposito; brothers, Dennis Shilanski of Newton, NJ, Alan Shilanski of Lynnhurst, NJ, and Gerald Shilanski of Garfield, NJ; 4 nieces.
As per Joseph's request, there will be no services or calling hours.
Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc.
