Obituary of Steve Radonvitch

Pastor Steve Radonavitch, age 53, of High Point, NC, formerly of Sweet Valley, was promoted to Heaven on Monday, June 9, 2014. Mr. Radonavitch was born on January 9, 1961 in Kingston and was the son of Patricia Hilgert Radonavitch of Dallas and the late Robert Radonavitch. Steve received his Bachelor's degree from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC and his Master's degree from Luther Rice Seminary in Atlanta, GA. He was the Senior Pastor at Evangelical Methodist Church in Raeford, NC, and later moved to the High Point area, where he supplied at Archdale Church of the Nazarene. He was an Elder at Community Bible Church in High Point and taught Sunday school, as long as his health permitted. Steve was a loving husband, father, son, and brother and will be dearly missed. Surviving is his wife of 27 years, the former Bethany Sessoms; children, Hannah, Marybeth, Isaac, and Elijah; brother, Bill Radonavitch; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A service to celebrate Steve's life was held at the Cumby Funeral Service, Archdale. Interment was in Raeford Cemetery. Memorials in Steve's memory may be made to the Roaring Brook Baptist Church, 328 Prichards Road Hunlock Creek, PA 18621.
