Obituary of Shannon Lynn Kishbaugh

Shannon Lynn (Burke) Kishbaugh, age 37, of Shickshinny, went to be with her Lord Tuesday morning, October 22, 2013, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center. She was a devoted and loving mother, daughter and sister, who was full of life. Shannon was born to Kevin and Linda (Czuba) Burke on October 8, 1976 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. She was a 1995 graduate from Lake Lehman High School and Luzerne Community College in 1997, earning a degree in Business Management. She was currently employed by Ameritrade Financial in Nanticoke as a client concierge. In addition to her parents, Shannon is survived by her boyfriend Gavin Anderson, daughter Kaylee Kishbaugh, her brothers, Kevin Burke Jr. and family of Harvey's Lake, William Burke and family of Huntington Mills and sister, Lana Bennett and family of Hunlock Creek. She was also survived by her maternal grandparents Francis and Cora Czuba of Plymouth, several aunts and uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are paternal grandparents Catherine Burke and Gus Burke. Friends and family are encouraged to attend a memorial visitation, on Saturday, October 26, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, corner of routes 29 & 118, Pikes Creek.
