Crystal Anna Sorber, age 57 of Dallas , passed away Monday, October 7, 2024 at home. She was born in Georgia on April 4, 1967 and was the daughter of the late Mitchell Cofield and Charles Benson. Crystal was a fierce mama bear that would drop anything to be there for her family. She was a nurse and loved dedicating her time to helping others. Her hobbies included crafting, trying new things and braving new adventures. She is survived by her daughters, Hannah Sorber, Sarah Pickett, and Rachel Sorber; great-aunt, Charlotte Adams; brother, Charles Benson; grandchildren, Caleb, Hudson, Bentley, Jude, Shaw, Sparrow, Joey, Ophelia; her dog, Apache. The family has chosen to wait until Crystal's next birthday on April 4, 2025 to hold a celebration of life at Fellowship Church, Dallas. Details of the Celebration of Life Picnic will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
