Raymond Zajaczkowski, age 95 of Sweet Valley, formerly of Black Lake, NY, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at home.
He was born in Nanticoke on May 31, 1928, and was the son of the late Frank and Victoria Zajaczkowski.
Raymond was a veteran of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, where he served in both the Marines and Air Force. He was also an avid fisherman
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Elizabeth; son, Raymond; and daughter, June Mahoney.
Raymond is survived by his daughter, Susan Maille; brother, Edmund Zack; sister, Arlene Palisak; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
