Kenneth E. Maculloch, Sr. age 75 of Sweet Valley, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on April 18, 1948 and was the son of the late John and Eleanor Maculloch.

Kenneth graduated from Lake-Lehman High School in 1967 and served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He retired from Proctor and Gamble Paper Products in Mehoopany working in the boiler house. Following his retirement, he continued to work at the Mercy Center, Dallas and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lake Silkworth. He loved the outdoors and walking.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, John and Bob Maculloch; sister, Ellen Vernon.

Kenneth is survived by his children, Kenneth and his companion, Xiaosu, Charles and his wife Kelly and Stasia Depiero and her husband Frank; brothers, George, Gene and Jimmy; sisters, Elaine and Kathy; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 5:00 PM from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with Pastor Carl Howie officiating.

Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
