Obituary of Peter Leo Dragon

Peter L Dragon III, age 62 passed away unexpectedly at home Sunday evening November 27, 2022. He was born on December 24, 1959 in Wilkes-Barre Township. Peter was preceded in death by his father Peter Dragon Jr. who passed away in 2015 and his brother Mark Dragon who passed away in 2017. Peter was survived by his mother Gertrude Pilosi Dragon, as well as his brother Matthew Dragon, wife Ling Ling Dragon; his sisters Mary Dragon and fiancé Brad Hontz and Donna Dragon Oschman and husband Stan Oschman; sister-in-law, Cheryl Dragon. Peter also is survived by his daughters Jasmine Watson, Gabrielle Dragon and fiancé, Steven Truiett; grandchildren Kailani Brown, Jayden Truiett, Aaliyah Truiett and Cash Truiett; as well as several nieces and nephews. From a young age Pete was instilled with hard work. He had the ability to fix anything and the passion to help everyone. This led him to starting his own HVAC company PLD Associates, where he considered every employee to be family. He was always light hearted, loving, generous and dedicated his life to others. His legacy will live on through his family and loved ones. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 at 9:15 am from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with A Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am from the Our Lady of Victory Church, 16 2nd St., Harveys Lake, PA 18618 with Reverend Andrew S. Hvozdovic, officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the funeral home. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
