Patricia A. Filipowich, age 79 of Dallas, passed away Monday, November 28, 2022 at the Meadows Nursing Center. She was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 23, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Edward, Sr. and Eleanor Kennedy. Patricia attended Coughlin High School. She enjoyed camping at Promised Land State Park and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Patricia was a former member of St. Jude's Catholic Church, Mountain Top and attended services at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. She was a die-hard New York Yankees fan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by siblings, Ruthie Constantino, Edward, Jr., Raymond, Betty Lou, and Kevin Kennedy. She is survived by her husband of 58 years Stephen; daughters, Tina Marie Ralston (Joseph) of Mountain Top and Terilyn Weston (Gary) of Sweet Valley; grandchildren, Steven, Kaitlin, Mikayla, and Garret; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
