Obituary of Charles John Honeywell

Charlie Honeywell, age 52 of Sweet Valley, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022 due to a tragic car accident.

 

He was born in Wilkes-Barre on February 10, 1970 and was the son of Charles and Nancy Honeywell of Temple, TX.

 

Charlie graduated from Lake-Lehman High School, Class of 1988. He was employed with the Carpenter's Union and most recently with Kendra II, where he was both a Jack of all trades and master of them all as well. Charlie was an avid hunter and loving father, brother, son, uncle, and friend.

 

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lora Honeywell.

 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Shalynn Honeywell (Josh Bevan) of Harveys Lake; sisters, Amy Edwards (Pete) of Temple, TX and Sandy Lynn (Billy) of Cameron, TX; mother-in-law, Irene Cragle of Sweet Valley; niece, Brittany Lynn; nephews, Nicholas and Vincent Edwards; his dog, Cora; and numerous cousins and friends.

 

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

 

Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
