Obituary of Robert James Margellina

Robert Margellina, age 75 of Lehman, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the Allied Services Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre. He was born in Kingston on February 13, 1947 and was the son of the late Samuel and Doris LaBar Margellina. Bob graduated from Lake-Lehman High School, Class of 1965, and attended the Williamsport Technical Institute. He delivered oil for Mahaffey Oil Company for 30 years and later retired from Willis Ide and Sons. Bob was a member of Lehman Volunteer Fire Company and enjoyed cutting grass, especially for the Back Mountain Recreational Fields. He enjoyed socializing, going for breakfast, and Nascar. Bob was a loving husband, father, brother, friend, and provider. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Megan; and brother, Paul. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, the former Cheryl Chamberlain; daughter, Robyn Margellina and spouse, Jeff Traver; sister, Marsha Hillard and husband Frank; and numerous nieces and nephews. At Bob's request, there will be no services or calling hours. Memorial donations can be sent to the Jonathan R.
