Edward B. Kraynak, age 84 of Mechanicsburg, (formerly of Wyoming, PA) passed away Sunday, January 30,2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Swoyersville on November 23,1937 and was the son of the late John and Anna Hrubowchak Kraynak. Eddie attended Holy Trinity Catholic elementary school and graduated from Swoyersville High School in 1955. Eddie was a mechanic that owned and operated his own garage and gas station in Forty-Fort for many years. He loved family/neighborhood gatherings and Penn State tailgate parties. However, most of all he will be remembered for being a loving husband, father and grandfather. His calm and positive demeanor will be greatly missed by all that knew him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Edith Kraynak, who passed away on January 3, 2022. Edward is survived by daughters; Ann Rodriguez and her husband Gene, Karen McNichols and her husband Robert Jr., Lori Rice and her husband Doug; son, Mark Kraynak. Grandchildren; Tori, Alex and Cole Rodriguez, Alexa and Zachary Rice, step-grandson Bobby McNichols III. Brother; Jonathon, Sisters; Annette (husband Ray Newman), and Barbara Hullihen.
