Obituary of Eleanor Dorothy Kmetz

Eleanor Kmetz, 94, a lifelong resident of Nanticoke, passed away on January 20, 2022 at Birchwood Nursing and Rehab.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael (Mickey) Kmetz and siblings, Ann, Alice, Antoinette, Joseph and Frank.
Eleanor is survived by her son, Michael Kmetz, Jr. and his wife Judy; grandsons, Michael L. Kmetz and his wife Danielle and Brian C. Kmetz and his wife Melissa; great-grandsons, Brian T. Kmetz and Walker Kmetz.
The family would like to extned a special thanks to the staff at Birchwood for the care provided to Eleanor.
At Eleanor’s request, funeral services will be private and held at the convience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
