Joseph Mark Gray, age 54 of Harveys Lake, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at home, with his ride or die, Kim and fur baby, Clyde, by his side. He was born and raised in Pikes Creek and was the son of the late Clifford and Mary Dorthea Davidson Gray. Joe was preceded in death by siblings, Charles Gray and Edna Higgins. He is survived by his wife, Kim; children, Joseph (Desi) Gray, Emily (John) Powell, Melissa Gray, Patrick Gray and Kaidence Gray; 6 beloved grandchildren who lovingly called him “Pop Pop”; nieces and nephews with Lewis being Joe’s hunting buddy and was like a son to Joe; siblings, Junior, Ed, Tony, Brenda Durst, Rosemary Hines and Geanie Gray; Joe’s brother’s and sisters’ from George and Ruthie Santee who accepted Joe as their own: Georgie, Jeff, Chris, Brian, Jake and Heather. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Noxen Clinic including Dr. Greg Novak and the staff at Compassionate Hospice for their great care and compassion they showed to Joe and his family during this difficult time. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11:00 am from the Emmanuel Assembly of God Church, 239 Church Rd., Harveys Lake, PA 18618, with Rev. L.D. Reed, officiating. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek. Online condolences can be made at clswansonfuneralhome.com
