Obituary of Roland Preisler

Rev. Roland Preisler, age 64 of Kingston, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, December 17, 2021 at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He was born in Hamelin, West Germany on November 29, 1957 and was the son of the late Hermann F. and Gisela Schoenborn Preisler. Roland graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, TX and was the current Pastor at Grace Community Church in Dallas, for the last 16 years. Roland is survived by his wife of 33 years, the former Heidi Schuelke; daughter, Charissa Fabricatore and husband, Corey; grandson, Corey, Jr. A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 4:00 PM from the Grace Community Church, 4122 Memorial Highway, Dallas, PA 18612, with Pastor Dan Brubaker of the Roaring Brook Baptist Church, officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
