Obituary of Jeane Florence Fetsko

Jeane Florence Fetsko, age 86 of Dallas, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the home of her daughter, Susan Saunders. Mrs. Fetsko was born in Noxen on November 3, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Dr. Frank "Bud" and Florence Turner Schooley. Jeane graduated from Dallas Boro High School in 1947 and attended Wilkes-Barre School of Business. She retired from United Water Company in 1995. Jeane was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church, Harveys Lake. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and cooking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Tom who passed away in 2003, daughter, Kathryn, brother, George Schooley, and sister, Nancy Daw. Jeane is survived by daughter, Susan Saunders of Loyalville, Patricia Wagner of Dallas, and Marie Pistack and her husband Joseph of Plains; grandchildren, Nathan, Thomas, and Mary. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Februrary 20, 2016 at 9:30 am from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am from Our Lady Of Victory Church, 16 Second St., Harveys Lake, PA 18618. Friends may call 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to Our Lady of Victory Church, 16 Second St., Harveys Lake, PA 18618.
