I just found about Lowell's death. He was a brilliant man and asset to Keystone Human Services. I am so grateful to have met and worked with him. May God Bless his family and friends with comfort. Rest in Peace Lowell.

We knew Lowell through NTC and always knew he had the children's best interests at heart. He was a unique and memorable man, and we send you our heartfelt condolences.

He was a great teacher at church and led many thought provoking discussions. He was a very unique guy and will be missed.
