Margaret E. Moyer, age 91 of Loyalville, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at the Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas, where she resided for the last 7 years.

Mrs. Moyer was born in Loyalville on August 2, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Jesse and Edith Baer Boice.

Margaret graduated from Laketon High School and was employed by the former Native Textiles in Dallas for 15 years. She enjoyed spending time and taking care of her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Moyer, son, Herbie Moyer, sister, Helen Hoover, and brothers, Donald and Harold Boice.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Lloyd of Loyalville; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Per Margaret's request, funeral services were private. There were no calling hours.

Private interment was in the Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.

Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corners of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.

Connie would like to thank her cousin Beverly Moyer for her support, love, and comfort throughout these difficult times. She would also like to thank the Meadows Nursing Center 3rd Floor staff for the excellent nursing care, compassion, and friendship over the past 7 years.
