Margaret Ann Manzoni, age 82 of Jackson Twp., passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026.
She was born in Wilkes-Barre on August 17, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Dominick and Lorraine Giampietro.
Margaret graduated from GAR High School in 1961 and retired as a housekeeper for the Mercy Center Skilled Nursing and Personal Care Home, Dallas. She was a member of the St. Therese's Church, Shavertown.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Francis Giampietro, Dominick (Emil) Giampietro, Mary Weidlich, John Giampietro and Rosemarie Kohl.
Margaret is survived by her husband of 69 years, John; son, George Manzoni (Tracy); daughter, Maggie Manzoni; brother, Joey Giampietro; grandchildren, Thomas, Tyler, and Tanner Manzoni; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A prayer service will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Friday, July 10, 2026 at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
