Charles Musial, Sr. age 76 of Harveys Lake, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre.

He was born in Wilkes-Barre on June 3, 1949 and was the son of the late Anthony and Anna Zaica Musial.

Charles attended the former G.A.R. High School. He served with the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Charles worked for American Asphalt for over 50 years in several different job positions. He was a member of the Harveys Lake American Legion and enjoyed gardening and tending his lawn.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, James Musial; first wife, Evelyn L. McRoy; brother, Tony Musial; and sister, Lillian Stevenson.

Charles is survived by daughter, Denise Hosey; sons, Charles and Michael Musial; his life partner of over 50 years, Caroline Atherton; brother, Mike Musial; and grandchildren, Evelyn, Hannah, and Connor.

At Charles' request, there will be no services or calling hours.

Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
