Robert "Bob" Grey, Jr. age 69 of Hunlock Creek, passed away Friday, June 20, 2025 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Wilkes-Barre on October 21, 1955 and was the son of Lorraine Dennis and the late Robert Grey, Jr.

Bob graduated from West Side Vocational Technical School in 1973. He worked as a welder for InterMetro Industries for over 50 years and served as the President of the Steelworkers Union 5652. Bob served 8 years in the Army National Guard. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved traveling and going on ATV trips with his family and friends. Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle who was known for living life to the fullest.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sheree; son, Michael and his wife Lydia; daughter, Andrea Grey and her partner Jason Groboski; sister, Linda Grey; grandchildren, Carl Elgin, Kyle and Zachary Grey, and Blake Harrison; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with Chaplain Gerlin Valencia of Allied Services Hospice, officiating.

Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home before the service.
