Paulette J. Palmer, age 52 of Kingston, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at home. Mrs. Palmer was born in Wilkes-Barre on October 25, 1964 and was the daughter of Alex Wilson of Noxen and Rae Ann Harvey Fischer of Croydon. Paulette is preceded in death by sister, Jeanne Ciotti and granddaughter, Lillyanne Scouton. In addition to her parents, she is survived by sons, R.J. Scouton and his wife Michelle of Harveys Lake and Derik Frey and his wife Alicia of Noxen; brothers, Alex Wilson, Jr. of Noxen, Gregg Wilson of Bucks County, Jim Weaver of Noxen and Ricky Boice of Noxen; sisters, Sandy Fischer of Croydon, Jamie Trejo of Dallas, Rachel Wilson of Pittsburgh and Lisa Boice of Noxen; grandchildren, Jeremy, Lyndsy, Hunter, Layne and R.J., Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friend, Tony Iorio. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 4:00 pm from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek. Friends may call 2-4 PM on Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to Blue Chip Animal Refuge, 974 Lockville Rd, Dallas, PA 18612.
