Obituary of Mildred C. Pall

Mildred Pall, age 82 of Sweet Valley, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Wesley Village, Jenkins Township. She was born in Miners Mills, and was the was the daughter of the late Anthony and Cecelia Kosakowski Yockavitch. Millie resided in Ross Township most of her life and graduated from Lehman High School in 1951. She was a member of I.L.G.W.U. and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lake Silkworth. Her favorite hobbies were crocheting and doing puzzles. Her loving kindness was always shown to her family and just about everybody. Any holiday or "get-together" was always better when she was there. She was preceded in death by her husband: Edward F Pall.; brother: Anthony Yockavitch; and sister: Florence Dribelbis. Surviving are: Son: Edward M. Pall, Shavertown; daughter: Diane DeBarry and her husband, Paul, Saylorsburg; grandchildren: Tara Swoboda and her husband, Michael; Brandon Pall; Afton Bonser and her husband, Kyle; Zachary DeBarry and his wife, Jen; great-granddaughter: Juliette Swoboda. The family wishes to extend a special heartfelt thanks to all of Wesley Village. They were her second home and family. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9:30 AM from Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., Corner Routes 29 & 118, Pikes Creek, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Family and friends may call Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to Sweet Valley Volunteer Fire Co., PO Box 207, Sweet Valley, PA 18656.
